Sex & Intimacy Therapy
Telehealth Sessions · Ages 21+
Less blame & shame and
more sexual wellness & pleasure.
Whether you're exploring desire, navigating intimacy in a long-term partnership, or making space for your queer identity, kink, or consensual non-monogamy, I offer room to explore what intimacy means to you. I work from an affirming, non-judgmental lens that honours your identities, values, and relationships without assumptions about what sex or love "should" look like.

Ontario wide, trauma-informed & evidence- based therapy for folks in relationships.

Hi, I’m Jansu.
she/her
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying #11222)
I’m a bicultural queer woman, an immigrant, and a proud mama. I bring warmth, compassion and directness to our therapeutic space. We can talk honestly about hurt, resentment, unmet needs, closeness and the things that feel difficult to say.
I want to understand what matters to each of you, including where your needs or desires may differ.
History & Culture Matter Here.
Our experiences with sex and intimacy are shaped by more than personal choices. Culture, family, early experiences, religion, colonization, gender, and the messages we've received about our bodies and relationships all play a role. Here, you won't have to leave those parts of yourself at the door. We'll explore how your history and identities shape your experiences, without shame, assumptions, or a one-size-fits-all idea of what sex and relationships should look like.
