Therapeutic Focus

BIPOC &Queer Identity

Your identity matters, and you need a therapist who gets that! Your identity shapes your worldview, influences your experiences, and defines how you navigate the world.

Working from an anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and decolonial lens allows us to embrace intersectionalitty & the interconnectedness of your identities and experiences.

Embarking on the journey of self-discovery can be both thrilling and empowering. Together, we navigate the process of releasing outdated beliefs, actively embracing the present, and fostering authenticity as you strive towards your true self

Stress, Anxiety, Overwhelm & Burnout

Some stress in life is expected. But, if your existence resembles a perpetual whirlwind of inherent responsibilities and self-imposed business, you might be grappling with heightened stress and burnout.

Whether productivity has become your default, boundaries seem elusive, or procrastination is a constant companion, we can delve into your current circumstances and assist you in establishing healthy boundaries. Recognizing your strengths & values will allow us to effectively foster mindfulness, allowing you to rediscover the joys of life.

Relationship Therapy

Partners in all stages of their relationships navigate distress, ruptures & repairs, life transitions, communication issues, changes in personal & relational desires & needs.

Therapy can be a safe space for partners to feel heard and seen & come together as a team.

With a specialization in working with BIPOC, bi-cultural & LGBTQ2IAS+ folks in various relationship structures; including monogamous & polyamorous relationships,

I help folks who are navigating intersections of their identities within the relationship.

Parental Support &

Perinatal Mood Disorders

Birthing folks & parents experience one of the biggest life transitions, yet are left to fend for themselves in the postpartum period.

If you or your partner are dealing with baby blues, postpartum anxiety, postpartum depression, birth trauma, loss, intrusive thoughts, or require enhancing your parental skills, now is the time to reach for support, get back to mental wellness & be the person & parent you want to be!

As parents, we deserve and get to access support. Reclaim your mental well-being and become the parent you aspire to be!

My doors are open for you,
so join me just as you are.

Let's Begin!

the Haudenosaunee, and the Wendat peoples.

As we dive into the world of psychotherapy, we're mindful of the historical and ongoing impact of colonization on Indigenous peoples. We're grateful for the chance to live and work on this land and acknowledge the resilience of Indigenous communities. We also recognize that colonialism has left its mark on numerous counselling practices. We're committed to creating a therapy space that's not just inclusive but actively works towards decolonization.
